HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Standard orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days. Please email us if you have any questions about your order.
CAN I COME PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes ! We are located in the Mile End in Montreal. Just select the "Pick up at the studio" option at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready to set up a pick up appointment. Our address is 5643 Clark, studio 209.
CAN I JUST PASS TO SAY "HI"?
Yes, it is possible to come visit us, although, it is better to take an appointment, as we are often on meetings or deliveries. Our dog Lola, will be very happy to meet you.
CAN I BUY PRODUCTS DIRECTLY AT YOUR STUDIO ?
Yes. We mostly have everything is stock at all time, but it is always better to email or call us if you wish to purchase a specific product to make sure. And it's better to take an appointment too. We'll be happy to show you around : )
WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?
Our standard stock is a Cougar cover super smooth 100 lbs / 270 gms, although we do print sometimes on other papers. All our papers are acide-free and come from certified forests (FSC).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
We currently ship all Canada & US orders with Canada Post from our shipping and fulfillment studio in Montreal, QC. International orders, will ship with DHL or Canada Post. Baltic Club is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we do. We’re excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you’ll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

PAYMENT METHODSAt this time we are accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks and direct bank transfers. If you would like to get in touch with us about a different billing method please feel free to contact us. Payments are processed by Stripe.
CURRENCYOur website displays prices in Canadian dollars. If you wish to know our prices in your own currency, we invite you to visit our Etsy account, where you can shop in your own settings.
SALES TAXWe are not required to collect sales tax on any order outside Canada. For all Canadian orders, provincial and federal tax will apply.
