What is the turnaround time?
Typical production is 3–4 weeks depending on quantity and season. Need them sooner? Ask about rush options.
Can I bring my own fragrance or vessel?
Yes. We’ll review compatibility for safety and burn performance. MOQs, testing, and timelines may vary based on materials.
Do you provide design help?
Absolutely. Our in‑house team creates a digital mockup and collaborates with you until it’s perfect. Provide vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high‑res PNG.
Is there a minimum order?
We support small and large projects. The tiers above are common breakpoints; if you need fewer, we’re happy to provide a bespoke quote.
How do shipping & delivery work?
Standard Canada‑wide shipping is included. Local pickup in Montréal can be arranged. International delivery available on request.
How do I submit artwork?
Please email your artwork files directly to hello@thebalticclub.com. We’ll provide label templates if needed and send a proof before production.
