Who we are
We're Mélanie and Brice. We founded Baltic Club in a Montreal apartment in 2014 and have been building ever since — through product launches, store openings, wholesale deals, a brand acquisition, and everything in between.
We've had a team of 20, launched thousands of SKUs, and navigated every stage of growing a small product brand. Today we run a leaner operation by choice — two brands, made in-house, with full control over every detail.
We're not consultants. We're active founders who still make our products by hand, still pitch buyers, and still figure things out every day. Our sessions are direct, honest, and grounded in what actually works for a small creative brand.

How long until I get my session?
We typically schedule within 1–2 weeks of purchase. We'll reach out after you complete the post-purchase form.
What's the difference between 1-hour and 2-hour sessions?
One hour is ideal for a focused question or a specific challenge. Two hours gives us room to go deeper — useful if you have multiple topics to cover or want to work through something more complex together.
Do you offer follow-up sessions?
Yes. Many clients book multiple sessions over time. There's no package required — just book again whenever you need it.
